Hello. My name is Chris. I am 52 and a small business owner. I am renting the upstairs of my home which has four rooms and a bath and a half. There is a door at the top of the stairs. Kitchen and laundry are shared
There is a small fridge and microwave if you would like and a queen sized bedframe, desk and lazy boy. If not needed they can be removed
Cats or other small pets welcome just not dogs as I have a cat
