That is for the rug you'll get that back if you do not mess up. The rug and the rent is 800A month. It does include Wi-Fi. You can park its off-street parking. I don't have a washer and dryer. You have use of the kitchen. I have a bathroom. It is shared between you and two other people.And that's about it
