I’m looking for non-smoker single female roommate with no pets. I have a furnished room for rent month to month at a gated community in Saint Petersburg, FL just 15 minutes away from downtown Saint Pete and 20 minutes away from Tampa,FL. I’m in my 40s and I have a 6 year old son and 2 small yorkies. We wake up early and go to bed early and weekends we are out and out most of the day.
