Summer on the beach

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to takeover a room for the summer (5/1-10/15). It’s a 2 bed/1.5 bath in the only gated community on the actual beach in Huntington! The complex includes a pool, a sauna, laundry rooms, fitness room, fire pits, grills & parking (there's a guest parking lot too which is a plus for the summer!). Only a 5 minute walk to downtown HB & the pier. All utilities included except electric which is about $150-$250 total per month. Your share of the rent would be $2175. Kitchen & living rooms are fully furnished, and bedroom has built-in closet & murphy bed.
