Room Available End May 2026 ——— The Apartment Complex is called Southern View Apartments. It's located between MLK Jr Blvd and Weddington Drive. It's about a 10 minute drive from Downtown and located near the football stadium. Conveniently located down from Walmart as well. The is no designated Parking, the complex has a swimming pool and gym as well. Rent is $500 a month for the renter [ i pay 525 due to pet rent]. Utilities, including water, electricity and internet are about 400 a month [ split between the two of us it'll be 200 from each] ——— My name is Cass. I am Non-Binary and use he/them pronouns. I enjoy Drawing, Crafts and actively play DnD. I host DnD at the apartment on Wednesdays currently. I also have 3 cats that share the space. Maomao, Salem, amd Aries. I do work nights, so I am mostly asleep in the mornings. I also take online college classes but mostly work on them in the evenings and when I am at work. I am a very clean and organized person. My biggest pet peeve is when people don't clean up after themselves.
