Need a roommate that likes a clean house as much as I do. Rent covers everything so water electric and gb internet is included. You would have your own livingroom, bathroom, garage parking space and a shed in the yard for small storage if you need it. All rooms upstairs are unfurnished. I have no pets and would prefer to keep it that way. I rarely if ever have people over. I don’t mind if you smoke as long as it’s outside
