Looking for a Good Roommate

I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment close to Summerlin here in Vegas. It's a regular sized room and shared bathroom, and you are also welcome to full use of the living room and kitchen. All utilities included. Parking is available, although admittedly a small crapshoot. Washer and Dryer in apartment. I will live with anyone, no matter age, gender, LGBTQ, or when you're awake or asleep.. as long as things stay relatively quiet and calm. Let me know if you have any questions!
