Marina del Rey Apartment

I have a 2 BR/2 BA apartment. Renting out a bedroom and bathroom, both pretty large. 30 second walk to Mother's Beach, 7 minute walk to the ocean. I'm asking for much less than half the total rent, in exchange for a little help with my dog, a small and sweet schnauzer. Just the occasional walk, feeding and dogsitting if I travel (which is not often). Absolutely NO MAGAs.
