Hi, my name is Colby. I am a 33-year old professional looking for another roommate. The room is in Westminster. The monthly rent is $925 and the room is available for viewing on April 8th.
Room is on the second floor faces north, and has recently had new carpet and an ethernet port installed. This room does share a bathroom with another tenant in the house.
The house is within walking distance of the Westminster Promenade!
The lease is month to month and the room can come furnished if need be.
Utilities are not included and are split between the residence of the house.
