Hello! I'm renting a room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with the tenant next to your room. You will also be sharing the same entrance, which is located at the back of the house. The rent is $800 a month, plus utility bills, which are also shared with the other tenant. There's space for one car; it's even more accessible if you don't have a car.
