House is clean and pretty quiet overall. You’d have access to the kitchen, laundry, and fridge space. Garage parking included. Utilities are split (usually around $50–$100 depending on season). Solar helps keep electric lower. Located near the 303, about 10 min to stores, gyms, etc. Single occupancy. 6 month lease preferred.
