Hello, we are looking for 1 female to join our lease for the 2026/2027 school year in solstice 1. You would be living with 1 third year female student, 1 fourth year student, 1 working female and a cat. We are all quiet, clean, friendly and like to have fun. Rent is $970/ month including utilities + $28/ month for wifi. Location: 1291 Gordon street (bus stop is right outside the condo) There is a balcony, game lounge, gym on the first floor and study lounge on each floor. contact me @
