Hi y'all, my roommate is moving back home and I'm looking for someone to take over his portion of the lease ending Sept. 30th. It's a private bedroom + bathroom combo in a 2bed 2bath over 1000sq ft apartment. The complex is quiet and safe, close to downtown (10mins), airport (15mins), Zilker and Barton (10mins). There's a pool and lots of grocery & shopping nearby. You must go through income & background checks and be approved. I'm a 34yo professional, introverted, like to recharge in my free time.
