Looking for Anchorage Roommate

Hey everyone! My name is James and I’m moving to Anchorage, Alaska around June/July 2026. I recently graduated with my BSN and will be starting a job at a local hospital in the area. I’m new to Anchorage and really excited to explore the city and everything Alaska has to offer. I work 12-hour shifts, but in my free time I enjoy working out, getting outdoors, trying new places to eat, and just hanging out. I’m pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking to rent for a full year and sign a one-year lease with a good roommate who’s [REDACTED] where rent is around $600–$1200 per person.
