Hi, I'm Brenda 41-year old professional. I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 2bed 1bath home with me. The house is conveniently located in central Camarillo, just 2 minute away from Starbucks, Sprouts and Rolling Pin donuts. The room is available starting April 1. The monthly rent is $1400 ***all utilities included*** Security deposit of $1000. Room will be unfurnished. No couples, no kids or pets/animals allowed. You would have access to:
kitchen, living room, bathroom, backyard, washer/dryer. 1 car parking spot on driveway. About me, I’m in the fitness world. I work early mornings and work some evenings. I’m pretty chill, I’m usually at home cooking my 5 minute meals lol, watching movies or with family. I don’t have visitors over.
