The house has lots of windows with great natural lighting, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a yard space. Comes with on- laundry & plenty of street parking. You’d be sharing the house with 2 women (working professionals) who are the very sweetest and outgoing!! Utilities range ~$100-150 per month. You will have to fill out a $50 rental application that would include a credit and background check. $1,300 security deposit required. No pets. No smoking.
