Roomate needed

Looking for a new roomate! Two bed room apartment rooms on opposite sides. 1 bathroom full kitchen wifi and ac. 5th floor walk up. East Broadway F train right on the corner. Laundry Trader Joe’s and food market right up the block. Across from seaward park/ dimes square. Rent stabilized. Must be pet friendly I have a cat. No couples. Currently my roommate has a loft bed set up (shown in the photos) which is available to stay or remove. A little bit about me: I’ve lived in NYC the past 11 years (5 years in this apartment before that in BK). I work in the service industry bartending at a restaurant near Central Park. I have weird hours sometimes getting home super late or leaving super early. I generally eat at work but do make meals when not working. I also work at a yoga studio. I love wine books and traveling. I have a cat Mr Evans who is super friendly.:) LGBTQ+ and 4/20 friendly
