I'd prefer 2 bedroom or more and I'm fine with any amount of baths as long as there is 1. I'm not looking for a home that needs a lot of work to be done to it since I'm not good myself at fixing things around the house personally. It would be me and my oldest son staying there and since it is only one income coming in I need rent to be less then 900 but the max 900 a month
