10’ by 10’ room with large closet can come furnished if you’d like with a twin bed and dresser set. Can be available by 3/15 since we are working on removing everything that is inside and painting it white. Rent is payed every 1st of the month. We require one deposit and one rent. There is a small dog Scottish terrier. There is laundry in unit. Heat, water, electricity and WiFi included.
