Carpet. Next to bathroom. Common area has couches/chairs/hammock/tv/coffee table/nice speaker setup. Distant view of Olympics. Espresso machine. Air fryer. Microwave. Oven. Fridge. Dishwasher. I have two cats (Peace and Tephra) and recently got out of a relationship and would like a new roommate. I have a Costco membership, am respectful, accepting, communicate well, and am clean.
