Hello, I am looking for a room to rent somewhere rural, quiet and far from the city. I am hoping to find something clean, spacious, and peaceful.
I have been with my significant other for 17 years and I am at a point where I need to move forward on my own. It is a mutual separation and there will be no drama. I have a 7 year old daughter who will be coming with me. She is in first grade, very well behaved, and my top priority. I also have a 25 year old son, but he will be staying with his father until I am able to secure a permanent home.
This would be temporary while I work toward stable, long term housing for my children and myself. I am on disability and also work part time, so I have steady and dependable income each month. I do receive SNAP benefits to help with groceries. I am quiet, private, and very clean. I stopped drinking 10 years ago, so no party lifestyle. I do smoke cigarettes occasionally, but only outside. I enjoy cooking and am happy to share meals from time to time.
I want to be transparent, I am diagnosed Bipolar and take medication. I am also pre menopausal and I don't always work. You'll have to be ok with that. As long as the bills get, paid though, who cares? I tend to isolate myself from others when I'm feeling bad. I'm looking for an acquaintance, not a best friend or warden. Live your life and let me live mine. I do not have much furniture, so moving in would be simple. I have a Beagle, but she will most likely stay with my partner, so there would probably not be a pet involved.
