Private Room in Shared Apartment

Available April 1st, I have one all inclusive room for rent on the 2nd floor of a house located in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood. The home is LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st floor. The garden is available for use. Rent includes TV/Internet and parking if needed. Hydro is separate. One cat is allowed.
