I’m renting a room in my house. The house sits above San Pablo Bay and there is a beautiful walking trail that borders the water. It’s great for sunsets and calming walks. This is a dog friendly house as long as my dog likes yours. No little yappers like Chihuahuas. The room is furnished and comes with a little fridge. 420 friendly. No alcohol allowed. I am a sober alcoholic. Looking for a friendly easy going person. No crazy politics or woke nonsense. Be a professional person with a career. Male or female ok. The bed is a queen and hella comfy.
