Hello my name is Joe I'm 33 years old I am looking for an extra roommate to fill a room I have available Please let me know if you're interested here are the details Location Blue Springs Missouri Size 1700 ft² house Right off of woods chapel near i-70 and 40 highway Next to and across lake tapawingo I have a beautiful three bedroom three bathroom house Very clean and safe neighborhood I currently have one roommate who recently moved in and I'm looking for a second roommate Would like to find someone who does not smoke but if they do they would have to smoke outside of the house Someone who doesn't have any pets as I only have one dog and will not want another animal in the house.
