We are friendly and easygoing, fairly boring.

Were looking for a professional individual to move into our spare room.
Street Parking,
2nd Floor Apartment,
A medium room with a small closet and two windows with blinds.

It is Partially Furnished with a full bed, small bureau and lamp.

Your room has immediate access to common areas, door to outside, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room.

Need to knows:

✦Month to month, no upfront fees besides current months rent upon move in is all.
Will require a lease between us that will be signed.

✦Your rent includes your bedroom/furniture, heat, electric, water, and quality speed internet.

✦You buy your own food, toiletries, bags, bedroom stuff, ect.
We can't share much as prices are so expensive nowadays!

✦Short guest visits are okay,
But no overnight guests unless okay'd with me, and cannot be an often thing.

✦No Pets as we have two of our own special needs cats.

✦Laundry in basement
(older type washer/dryer but does the trick)

✦Please cleanup after yourself when you use common areas!

✦A vape is okay in your room only.
Other weeds have to be outside.
No ciggs at all tho, it makes us sick.
