Hi! My roommate is traveling for most of the year and we are looking for a Female subletter for 3 months with possibility to extend to 6 months. The room is furnished but some things can be stored. The bathroom would be shared with me. There is one other roommate that has her own room and bathroom. There is 1 parking spot that we share and laundry machine. Utilities included. First and last months rent. Available March 1st
