Roommate Wanted – Heart of Farragut – $ All-In
I’m looking for a roommate to move into my place right in the middle of Farragut. It’s a private bedroom and your own private bathroom. I’m and a student at UTK, so I’d prefer someone college-aged, but I’m open as long as we vibe.
The Space & Perks:
• Private Bed/Bath: You’ll have your own space and don’t have to worry about sharing a bathroom.
• Complex Amenities: We have a pool, tennis courts, and volleyball.
• Stress-Free Parking: There’s always plenty of spots, so you never have to hunt for parking.
• LGBTQ+ Friendly: Super important that the home is a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
The Vibes:
I’m pretty chill but I like to keep the place clean. This isn't a party house—I’m looking for no drugs and no parties so we can actually have a good environment to study or relax.
The Details:
• Rent: $ flat (This includes all utilities, so no math or splitting bills every month).
• Requirements: + credit score and you must be able to officially sign onto the lease.
