Need a sub leaser for my apartment

[REDACTED] in conifer creek townhomes 🏡 it’s a bath apartment with shared laundry. There is only a total of three rooms in this apartment complex because it’s a townhouse set up, but still completely private. The only thing you share is laundry. No shared kitchen, bathroom, or living room. I am looking for someone to take over my lease from now to July. The full lease ends in July . I accidentally signed another lease thinking it was for a different time not knowing I’d be here until next summer. This is a great unit and super close to campus. I pay for water and a consumer bill leaving my total rent to be about a month. I am flexible with the move in date if you’re interested. I’d like to be out of this place by this July and that would leave you with your standard one year lease. Please text
