2 bedrooms available for rent in a unique home in Lakewood, CO (Kendrick Lake Area). Nice yard, spacious home, with easy access to the city & mountains. minutes from Denver, minutes from Morrison/Red Rocks on a quiet, dead-end street.

We're a couple that work , and spend our free time skiing, going to concerts, and relaxing at the house. One of us is a solar business owner & the other is studying to become a licensed professional counselor. We're moving in during March, and the rooms will be available for living by the end of the month - possibly before. The basement (shown currently with pool table) will become a home theatre common space for listening to/making music, watching movies, etc. We also plan for home projects like a skate ramp, garden, and chickens. The home is a place to recharge, but we also love having guests for dinners and occasional gatherings. Clean roommates. Month to month rental term. House will be fully furnished, except for some bedroom furniture. Can provide bed, if needed. There will be a fixed $/mo utility fee.
