Room avail in Converse, TX

Seeking professional or healthcare/tech student for short-term and possibly longer-term renting. Available room is sixteen by ten ft which includes a walk-in closet. The house is 4 bedroom with two and a half bathrooms. Bedrooms are my bedroom, my home office, a room to rent out and one is empty which I will likely rent out as well. Utilities are included in rent. I’ve lived here for a year and figured I’d start renting out the extra space. I work remote as a data analyst from my home office. I have no other housemates at this time.
