Hello! I’m making this listing for a friend of mine, his current roommate is moving out. He’s a man in his early ’s and it’s a spacious bath townhouse on West Broad Street! Rent is $ + utilities, he is very clean, kind, and quiet and would be a great roommate. Please let me know if you’re interested
