Hello, my name is Ailynn! I’m looking for someone to sublease a room in a townhome at The Heights in College Station.

The lease is for August !

This 2 story townhome is in excellent condition located by Holleman Dr across the street from HEB. It is about a minute drive to Texas A&M campus, and it is on Bus ’s route. It has a large kitchen area, washer, drier, walk in closets, and a balcony. The apartment complex has really nice facilities including a pool, a gym, a game room, and study rooms with unlimited prints. Parking is free unless you wish to add a reserved parking spot to the lease plan. I’ve signed for no pets, but I believe you are able to have one with an extra monthly fee.

Rent is $ a month, which is a cheaper rate than their current rates, and the cost for utilities is said to range from $ according to staff and residents.
