Hi, My name is Cody and I am looking for a rising junior or senior (Male) to live with me and my 5 other roommates. The lease is from August to August. The current rent is between $ including utilities. The house has recently been renovated and is completely modern, fit with 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen with modern appliances, new stoves, plenty of storage and a dishwasher. The house is also equipped with central air with a adjustable thermostat, as well as a inhouse washer and dryer (See images below). The house is a short walk from both the university of Pittsburgh campus, and is right in front of the Oakland c Shuttle which is free as a Pitt student.
