The location is Toluca Lake, one of the most safest places to Live in LA. Filled with beautiful restaurants and bars walking distance.
There’s a laundry room downstairs. You’ll have your own private bathroom, with a newly renovated walk in shower. Includes a queen size,4 cabinets and 2 big closets.
Rent is on the first of every month with a $ deposit.
It will be available April 1st and it’s one year.
