Basement for rent 2 bedrooms

bath, 1 kitchenette. Shared laundry, comes with garage space. It’s open to the upstairs but my girlfriend and I only ever come down to do laundry. I would like to rent both rooms at once but I may consider renting 2 rooms to different people. Unfortunately I can only allow small hypoallergenic dogs as pets due to my severe allergies.
