Available Now for the Spring and Summer semester AND for (August through July).You can have either are both lease timeframes. Studio Apartment in a new apartment complex across the street from campus and the dining commons. The apartment is furnished but the decor in the photos will be removed. The apartment is on the second with a pool view. The price includes parking in the garage located on the ground floor beginning in August ($/month). Until August, parking is available near the dining commons. If you prefer to walk from the parking lot after August 1, there is a waiting list for parking spaces so they will give the space to someone else and the parking fee will be deducted from the rent. The entry to the building is via your apartment fob. The Southern Magnolia coffee shop is on the ground floor. It is a beautiful place with lots of amenities. Rent from now through July is $ community fee per month. I pay $/month for rental insurance through Charme also. For the lease beginning August 1, it will be $ plus the $ community per month. If you want the parking space, that will be $/month. This apartment is perfectly located and literally across the street from campus. It is safe and new with great amenities. It is definitely worth the price.
