Room for rent!

ROOM FOR RENT: The house is separated into 2 sides with their own living areas. There is a shared kitchen between my side and the available side. Laundry room is connected to the available bathroom and will be shared. Some house features: 4 bed, 2 bath, 2,032 sq.ft., 0.22 acres, screen porch, large fenced-in back yard, fire place, plenty of parking, back-up generac, trash and WiFi services provided. Located right outside of Pooler but is still chatham county. I am a 29yo female and I work night shift at the hospital. I have 1 dog and a cat that will be gated on my side of the house unless going out to the backyard. My dog is a Great Dane, he is very big but sooo friendly.
I am pretty laid back and fun; I am looking to share a respectful and clean environment with 1 - 2 roommates.
