I live on the main level and have another roommate who rents the basement apartment. Upstairs roomie would share bathroom and kitchen on main level with me, and the three of us share the laundry in the lower level. The two available upper rooms are connected by a closet, one generally being the bedroom and the other being a living room. Some private kitchen amenities upstairs. Huge yard with garden. Quiet safe street parking
