Master bedroom available in Palms!

Hi everyone, I've got a room available for move-in sometime March bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Palms.

Rent is $, gas + internet is about $ a month per person, and we pay electric bi-monthly ($ person). The apartment is fully furnished (besides your room), comes with a washer/dryer unit, and every room has an AC unit. There's also an optional $/month parking spot in the garage.

You'd have your very own bathroom attached to your room—you’d be living in the master bedroom. The living room is fairly spacious with very high ceilings, and the place also comes with two balconies (one of which has rooftop access).

The apartment is located just off of Venice Boulevard and is in walking distance from a bunch of restaurants, an LA Fitness, and a Ralphs. It's close to Palms Middle School, so the area is pretty safe.

I just recently finished my BA in Philosophy and am just waiting tables until I can find more long-term. I'm a big sports and film fan, reader, and writer. I like go to the gym and am trying to get back into playing soccer (my sport of choice growing up). The other roommate is a buddy of mine who’s big into video games, and he works at Ace Hardware.
