• Lease Length: 6-months or a 1-year, if you need a short-term lease that’s negotiable too
• Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent (can be paid in two installments)
• Fees: $ Background and credit check to be run via Zillow
• Room size: sq ft plus a private deck
• Furnished: Portable a/c. There is a single bed that can be used if needed. You also have your own refrigerator/freezer and pantry shelves.
• Shared spaces: upstairs bathroom (with the other upstairs roommate), kitchen, laundry, living/dining area, backyard
• Parking: Off-street parking
• Move-in Date: Flexible but preferably by mid-February
• Move-In Requirements: Approved Application, Background Check, References, first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and Security Deposit

Looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate roommate who values a family-friendly environment. The landlord has a shy but lovable tuxedo cat. No other pets permitted.
