I'm looking for someone to sublease my studio apartment at Woodside Apartments from June 1 , through August , with the option to renew lease. Apartment features in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, location in quiet and peaceful community. Community amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub in the main building, dog park, walking trail, garage and storage units available to rent. Studio is located right next to Wow Zone and Hy-Vee in Mankato. Tenant is responsible for following utilities: gas, electric, and water. Wi-Fi is included. Applicants must complete an application and be approved by the landlord prior move in and once approved pay the deposit equal to one month of rent.
