I am renting out one large bedroom with private bathroom in my home within Mountain's Edge Master Plan community (Southwest). Great area with Exploration Park only 2 minutes from the house. Lots of hiking and biking 5 minutes away. Albertsons, Pilates/Yoga studios and great restaurants only 1 block away. I am looking for a professional who is responsible and tidy. Male or Female. The bedroom comes with a closet and private bathroom. There is also a shared, large loft area with a balcony next to the bedroom. Included in the rent includes one parking spot in driveway, and a small storage space in garage. W/D in home, D/W, double refrigerator, double oven, microwave, range stove and kitchen storage. Share in common areas of loft, kitchen, dining room, and backyard. This is a calm and peaceful home, not a party home with loud tv's. Non-smoking home. I live on the bottom floor with my small, senior dog who is super friendly and chill. One female roommate lives upstairs with her well-behaved dog. Available room is on the other side of the house, upstairs and is quiet. Utilities included in price (gas, electric, garbage, internet). Room available February .
