Hi, I'm a single father who works 3 jobs. I'm looking for a tenant to rent one of my rooms in early February. The room has a walk in closet and the bathroom is private except for when my 7 yr daughter needs to take a bath, but she's only there % of the time. We are also a drug free household. No pets. Wifi is free and parking is on the property. Utilities are split.
