Lookin for an apt I can’t walk or ride bus to beach. I have a cat who is well behaved (I know this is hard to believe but she does in fact respond to my commands. She has her own YouTube channel and everything. I’ve had her years). I live a quiet life. I’m single, never married never had kids it’s just me and my cat. We would love an efficiency. Or a room in a house with a yard. I have chronic health conditions. open water swimming in the ocean and lots of sunshine help me manage them. My rent is paid by my family. My father is a professor at UF for over years, we also owned and rented homes in Gainesville for years. I don’t drive or have a car that needs a parking spot. I don’t have guests overnight.
