Looking for a nice and quiet space!

Hello! I am a y/o working professional. I am looking for a nice room, in a quiet area, if possible. I am quiet, I don’t drink, unless on occasion with family or friends. I don’t party, I mainly work, workout, and play Xbox. I have 2 labs, both about lb. They are house trained, well behaved, and very friendly to all. They spend most of their time outside, in the yard, or in my room.
