I have a one bedroom you will have your own bathroom to yourself the use of the kitchen, living room, washing machine and dryer. I do have a garage. You may store your car in it. I prefer a non-smoker. I do have one pet if you have a pet they’re welcome as they get along with my pet. I’m very easy going and get along. I prefer someone that’s tidy and cleans up after themselves. i’m charging all utilities are included in that . also, if you have your furniture and you would like to use your own furniture, I’m willing to break down the bed and move that furniture out of that room and also you have your own closet in your bedroom.
