Just me and my dog here. It's a delicate place but if we take care of it and furnish it right. It can be cozy. The space is not bad either. It's just not as modern and the foundation is like nineteen-forties style building.

Whatever! Stick with me long enough, you'll love my two-thousand year built four bedroom house, two acres of land, Inground pool, basketball court, long drive way, garage gym. All that good in Michigan.

About me
I been through this situation many times. I had amazing apartment units before. Now I own a much more gorgeous and comfortable house. forced to work in the city and get an apt here, huge con! This aint the best situation for anyone of us but it will sustain.

Bottom line:
I understand what you're going through. Apartments are not supposed to be this complicated. The life many of ya looking to live is outdated. Thinking about ten years ago, in the past; when you get a job and live life as a single young professional. That life is dead and killed with inflation. I can tell you the whole story about how that happened. But today! For today! There is a way to get ten years ahead if you're smart.

That's basically, save money and own assets. Find a partner. Stop wasting time!
