THE ROOM: Large room, peaceful rear-facing window, central heating, TWO large closets, and its own lock/key.
 
THE RENT: Annual lease for $/mo. Monthly option available for a slight . One month deposit and $ move-in fee. Last months’ rent needed for annual lease only.

THE UTILITIES: $/mo covers all Gas, Water, Electric, Wi-Fi, and Monthly Housekeeping. Plus free laundry, furnished living room, and stocked kitchen.

THE HOUSEMATES: Everyone is a working professional. Clean, quiet, respectful. Definitely not a party house. LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. Unfortunately, no pets. If you’re interested, happy to chat. 😊 Ready for move-in!
