Hello! I have a very large, fully furnished room with private half bath for rent in near Memorial Park.

The room was recently furnished with a queen bed, new bedding, nightstands, full length mirror, leather sectional, end table, tv (on retractable arm so can angle towards couch or bed), small shelf, kitchenette (large mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven / air fryer, Keurig), large dresser, desk, chair, laundry basket, and trash can. There is also a window unit in the closet to be used in the warmer months. The home has central heating, but you’re welcome to add a small space heater for additional warmth.

On the main floor you will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and shower. Parking can be along the road or in the lot behind our fence (it’s the same property). There’s also extra storage room in the basement if you need it!

The deposit is equal to one month’s rent (refundable) and rent is nein hundred. (If move-in date is not the first, that month’s rent is prorated based on your move-in date.) This covers rent and all utilities, including fiber internet.

Minimum qualifications are: a single occupant (no couples) with solid employment, clean background check, no cats or dogs, and no cigarettes. (The background check is forty dollars and is completed after you have toured the place in person.) I will need to ask you a few questions and check your references before an in-person tour, but I’m available to do a video call tour any time.

About me: My name is Ally. I’m thirty two years old and live in the home with my eleven
-year-old doggo, Zoey. I work with kids as both a private music teacher and a private nanny. I love PC gaming, music, traveling, reading, and anime. A majority of my work is performed in the home, and I do occasionally host gatherings as well.
