Hello, I am the landlord to this rental

We have a room coming available starting in February in a very nice and sunny townhouse right next door to student housing on Granite Avenue in Arcata.

The townhouse has three units and this one’s upstairs, south-facing with unobstructed views. Utilities are shared three ways and trash is paid for by the landlord. There’s two students you would be sharing with that are both very polite and easy to get along with.

If you’re looking for a place for next semester, you couldn’t ask for nicer housemates or a better location.
